INMATEC Technologies GmbH announces adjustments to its management structure. The leading company for ceramic feedstocks is appointing Stefan Weiwadel as its new Managing Director and Sales Director. Also, Dr Markus Zwick, who is Director Operations since two and a half years, becomes authorised officer and forms the new company management together with Weiwadel. In their roles, they will continue the established business and further develop the company as well as its products and services for the future.
The previous Managing Director, Dr Moritz von Witzleben, will dedicate himself to new tasks in which he will continue to contribute his vast expertise and valuable experience to the company. Dr Karin Hajek, the long-standing Sales Director, is entering her well-deserved retirement, but will continue to work for the company as a advisor and ensure a seamless handover.
Weiwadel has a wealth of management experience and profound knowledge from many years as a leading executive in the materials industry. His career journey has taken him far beyond the European market in senior positions. In addition to Germany and Switzerland, he has also worked with great success in South East Asia and Oceania. ‘Together with our ambitious team, I am committed to further strengthening INMATEC’s leading position in the ceramic feedstock market. We will continue to reinforce our role as the renowned experts in ceramic injection moulding and carry this innovative technology out into the world,’ says Weiwadel, describing his course into the future.
With the appointment of Dr Zwick as authorised officer, INMATEC is closely linking the executive level with the operational business. As Director Operations, the proven expert in ceramic materials and process technology holds one of the key positions in the company. In this function, which was established at the time, he plays a decisive role in the company’s activities since the beginning of 2022. By being granted power of attorney, Dr Zwick now also has official legacy to represent the INMATEC Technologies and, together with Weiwadel, forms the new company management. ‘Together, we will continuously develop the company, as well as its products and services, and continue to operate as a stable, reliable partner on the market for our valued customers also in the future,’ says Zwick.
